Classic Controller LED mod
this mod is for puting led under the sticks
What you’ll need:
one classic Controller
A Triwing Screwdriver
wire snippers or scissors
two 3mm LED in your choice of colour
Soldering Iron and Solder
Glue Gun
Solid Core Wire
Step 1:
useing the Triwing Screwdriver carefully unscrew and take
off the Classic Controller shell.
step 2:
This mod will center around two test points.
step 3:
useing the wire snippers cut four pieces of
wire cut two pieces 6cm long and two pieces 2cms long
chop the leads of the leds so there is only 1cm left on them.
step 4:
twist the two 2cm wires around each other and solder the
two leds on to each end of the wires like in pic now twist
the two 6cm wires around each other and solder one end
of the wire on the leads of one of the leds like in pic.
step 5:
place the wire and leds on to the circuit board l
ike in the pic make sure the leds are laid flat
and solder on to the two test points Keep in mind
LED's have polarity Make sure your + and - go to the
correct sides of the "test points."
stp 6:
useing the glue gun place a small amount of glue over the wire like the yellow dots in pic
step 7:
screw the Classic Controller back together
step 8:
plug it in to the wimote and turn it on if you have done it right your two analog stick will now glow
you now have a modded Classic Controller!
if you have any problems please feel free to ask me for help
Keep in mind this will void any warranties you have on the Classic Controller

| Yet another awesome creation. I'm not interested in getting someone to sell me this one because I have dial up and I can't even open the shop channel so I can't download anything. Plus I have the original NES, SNES, and N64, and I'm not interested in the other systems. |

| Oh yeah, please no one flame me for using dial up, everything on the Wii works with a dial up connection except for the Shop channel, and that's because nintendo closes the connection on slow speed connections when people like me try to open the shop channel |
