Have you ever not know if your wiimote was on cause your hands were over the LEDS, or you not know if when you turn the power off to your wii if it dreally goes off, well now you'll know. Here is my tutorail for modding ur power button on your wiimote.
What you need-
One tri-wing screwdriver
One 3mm LED of you color choice
One resistor
One soldering iron with solder
About 3 inchs or wire.
One wiimote (duh)
Frist take your wiimote apart, then take your LED and solder a resistor to it (if you want) and bend you wire around the inside the wiimote like this.put the LED above the D-pad and have it pointing at the power button. its alittle dark in the pic but u can see it if u look hard enough.
the next thing you have to do is also easssy, Just take your wire and curve it around the PCB bored and solder it to the 2 test points like so(dont worry about the other wires that a coming off the test points they are for other mods)Here is also the + and - on the Bored ( the LED's + is the long leg and the - is the smaller leg)

This is what it will look like when your done.
Yes this mod is VERY easy but its also fun and know you know how to make your wiimote brighter, I am not responseable for your wiimote if u dmg or break it, This will Void you warrenty on your wiimote, Have fun and if u have any questions or comments feel free to leave them

| much better! but, if i aint askin to much, it would help it you went in mspaint and drew a circle atound it...just a thought... |

GOOD lad you made it  nice tut loki this will help these guys out your soldering is a bit messy tho but its still a nice mod  do me a faver though and but tutorial on the end of the title then when people check the mod forum they know its a tutorial then (oh and i dugg twice for ya)  weldone again mate top job |

| yeah, my stand mod looks *way* better in real life. but, yeah, i think you should put tut in the title. it would get you many more views. |

thanks guys glad u like it, and it looks messy because i have 3 other wires going form that put with resistors also. and ill put tut in the title for u guys, Whatever to please the public thanks for the digg to. EVERYONE DIGG IT
I also fixed the soldering because i took out the UV LED and put in a Green one and it looks great, wanna pic? |

cool mate show a new pic of it you no i would luv to see it thanks for puting tutorial on the title it just makes it clear to people when checking the mods forum can you do the same for your b button to please it will get more attention that way from the public (it means your mods will get more views ) |
